This course provides students with practical skills and creative techniques for decorating homes and event spaces for holidays and seasonal celebrations. Topics include themed decorating, wreath, and centerpiece design, holiday table settings, lighting, color coordination, and budget friendly decor ideas. Students will develop hands-on skills while exploring traditional and contemporary decorating styles for personal enjoyment or supplemental career skills.
